

An Alaskan-born, Southern raised songwriter blending raw Delta-inspired guitar, roots grit, and powerful songs into blues for today's times.
Born in Alaska and raised in the South, T.C. picked up the guitar at nine and never put it down. Immersed early in the Delta blues sounds of Muddy Waters, Tommie Johnson, John Lee Hooker, B.B. King, and Robert Johnson, he developed a slide guitar influenced sound that carries the grit of the Delta, the power of rock, and the soul of American roots music. At 15, he played Nashville’s Bluebird Café, later touring from Oklahoma to Florida as both a lead guitarist and solo blues act, writing more than 40 original songs along the way.
After a hiatus, he returned strong, finishing as the Triangle Blues Society’s 2024 Triangle Blues Challenge runner-up in Durham, North Carolina. Today, his music stands as a living conversation with American roots: blues at its core, but layered with the drive of rock, the precision of bluegrass pickers, and the twang of country chicken pickers.
